OCAR Board of Directors Duties:
1.  Serves as governing body of the Orange County Association of Realtors®.

2.  Approves all committees appointed by the President.

3.  Approves operating budget.

4.  Approves all committee action reports and finances.

5.  Association Officers, upon election, shall become members of the Board of Directors during their term of office.

6.  Approves actions of the Executive Committee consummated in the interim between Directors’ meetings.

7.  Serves on Association Committees when requested by the President.

8.  Is cognizant, through the CEO who serves on the MLS Board of Directors, of actions taken by that Board and to approve the actions of that Board as mandated by the Bylaws of both organizations.
