75-Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course

The New York 75-Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course fully covers the new 75-hour salesperson curriculum requirements effective July 2008.  This version has been completely updated and expanded to reflect changes in the real estate industry and market as well as the new requirements for prelicensing courses established by the Department of State's revised syllabus.

New York 30-Hour Remedial Qualifying Course

New York State has approved a 30-hour curriculum for students who have already taken and passed the prerequisite 45-hours of Salesperson Qualifying education through an authorized provider of New York real estate education.  This course needs to be completed to fulfill the new 75-hour requirement for licensing.

45-Hour Broker Qualifying Course

This course is required for those who wish to become a broker, and have already completed EITHER the 45-Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course and the 30-Hour Remedial Course or the NEW 75-Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course.
