The 45-Hour Broker Qualifying Course is now being offered through the Orange County Association of REALTORS®. |

NYS Requirements for Licensing as a Broker |
| At least 20 |
| No felony or misdemeanor* |
| Permanent resident of United States |
| 2 years as a licensed salesperson or 3 years of equivaent experience, AND a defined number of points (points are awarded for each transaction; the required number of points can change. Please refer to the Broker Application). |
120 hours of approved education
Either:
45-Hour Salesperson Course + 30-Hour Remedial Qualifying Course +
45-Hour Broker Course
or
75-Hour Salesperson Qualifying Course + 45-Hour Broker Course
