The fee for this course is $250. |

This is a self-contained online course. No textbook or other materials are required to complete this course. The Orange County Association of Realtors® offers textbooks and other exam prep materials which may be purchased at our offices; if you would like them sent to you click HERE for order form. |

For the on-line Salesperson Qualifying Course, you must complete all modules to receive credit and be eligible to take the school exam. |
|
Students who enroll must complete the course within one year from date of purchase. |
|
Once a student purchases this course, no refunds or credits will be given. |
|
|
The Orange County Association of Realtors® is required to report successful course completions to the state of NY prior to the student sitting for the NY state exam. Students will be required to sign an online course affidavit during their proctored final exam stating they solely have completed the online course and they are taking the final school exam. |
| The exam for this course is 2-hour proctored exam which means students must take the exam in person. |
| Students have a total of two (2) separate attempts to pass the school’s final exam; students who do not pass the school exam a second time will be required to pay for and complete the entire course again should they wish to continue. |
| Students will be required to bring a government issued picture ID to the proctored exam site. |
| Students will be required to sign a student affidavit at the test site, stating that you followed all policies mandated by the school and the State of New York. |
| All exams must be administered by a proctor within the state of New York. |
