This course will teach agents all that is involved in working with buyers and sellers through the entire real estate transaction.
• Learn who and what is involved at each stage of the transaction. This includes issues like negotiations, home inspections, appraisal, title, mortgage commitment, final walk through and the closing itself.
• Learn how to deal with some of the issues that come up during the transaction and how to work to resolve those issues in the best interest of your client.
• Be able to fully explain to your clients the time involved in purchasing a property, and what they can do to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
• By showing your clients your knowledge of the real estate transaction you will gain credibility and be able to grow your client base and get more referrals. |
