Description:  Based on the book by Deborah H. Long, we look in-depth at the classical models of developing ethical reasoning skills and then apply them to modern, real estate dilemmas. Topics covered include Agency, Fair Housing, Stigmatized Properties, Environmental Hazards, Working with Colleagues and Employers and the Community and Public Concerns.
