Examine and troubleshoot what a real estate professional should worry about when it comes to the environment. Learn why lead, mold, asbestos, underground storage tanks, and electromagnetic fields are not the only things that cause worry when selling a property. This course addresses current environmental concerns, addresses future concerns, and offers potential solutions.
