Description:  An agent should have a real grasp of what a home warranty normally covers and what is not covered, and should understand the importance of home warranty disclosure to all sellers and buyers. This continuing education course will teach the value of a home warranty in today’s real estate transaction, and agents will learn how warranty contracts can help their business.
