Title:  GRI405 Residential Construction,Home Inspection, ADA, Land Use and Environmental Hazards
Description:  This comprehensive course is designed to familiarize you with structural, mechanical, systems and energy options in a home, as well as land use and zoning considerations that may impact salability. New construction issues, home inspection and warranties are covered in detail. Special attention is focused on environmental issues as they affect housing, including asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, UST’s and mold. Once you’ve completed this program, you’ll be in a better position to help your clients get the home of their dreams!!
