Title:  Land Sales, Land & Regulations
Description:  Develop and implement a working knowledge of the basics of land sales. Among issues to be explored are conflicts between pro-development factions and those focused on preservation, zoning, taxation, working with town and village boards, the health department and environmental issues. Agency issues with respect to approvals and risk will also be addressed.
