Title:  New Construction
Description:  This 3-hr program will focus the Real Estate Agent on the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively represent either the Builder or the Buyer of New Construction. The agent will be encouraged to recognize the need for real expertise in any specialty. Agency relationships and Fair Housing principals will be woven throughout the program.
